305 Yoga with Terri Cooper

This is so much more than a yoga class. Sacred Soul Sundays is a weekly transformative experience with Soulshine Founder Terri Cooper Space.  The practice itself will also be a deep and challenging one, sure to break you into a sweat with a strong emphasis on muscular engagement and very specific alignment.

Most weeks will work a specific area of the body (or several) leading up to a peak posture.  The flow is slow and steady, and that is what makes it challenging even for the yogi with years of experience.   The real magic of this class however, is the ritualistic way in which the breath carries you into a state of deep inner awareness where stillness allows for breakthroughs.  These classes always offer a spiritual teaching, and are sure to leave you wanting to journal right after.
