We combine mantra, movement, breathwork, mental focus, and meditation to transform ourselves from the inside out.

We will open the challenge(Sun. 8/8/21) and close( Sun. 9/18/21) the challenge with a morning practice of 2.5 hrs of Long Ek Ong Kars. The 40 day kriya challenge begins (8/9/21-9/17/21)

In Kundalini yogic philosophy we learn that the first step to happiness in commitment. We commit to ourselves and our lives through daily spiritual practice where we develop the fortitude and grace needed to thrive in the modern world.
