Come and experience the most transformational aspects of the Kundalini Yoga tradition. This practice purifies our soul and body vessel and prepares the psyche to excel in new environments and breakthrough life’s challenges. This sacred practice helps strengthen and heal the nervous system, activate the glandular system, balances your emotional energy and channels your mental energy into intuitive awareness. We combine mantra, movement, breathwork, mental focus, and meditation to transform ourselves from the inside out.
We will open the challenge(Sun. 8/8/21) and close( Sun. 9/18/21) the challenge with a morning practice of 2.5 hrs of Long Ek Ong Kars. The 40 day kriya challenge begins (8/9/21-9/17/21)
EVERY MORNING from 4:30-6:45am
Practicing during the AMBROSIAL HOURS...before the sun rises where the energy in the atmosphere is most clear, where the veil between our world and the cosmos is the thinnest. Best time of day to develop your sensory system.
4:30am-4:50-JAPJI SAHIB
(Song of the Soul) vibratory language of the shabad, the essence and meaning of sacred text is transmitted through sound current.
4:50am-5:45am-KRIYA
(Yoga Set) set of specific actions(yogic postures and mudras) that gets a specific result.
5:45am-6:45am- MANTRA
Mantra chanting to align the chakras, cleanse your vessel and activate your infinite potential.
In Kundalini yogic philosophy we learn that the first step to happiness in commitment. We commit to ourselves and our lives through daily spiritual practice where we develop the fortitude and grace needed to thrive in the modern world. The greatest obstacle to commitment is resistance, and in order to break through resistance, we need to develop daily habits and tools that can support and sustain our health and happiness.
