Ellipse: a movement and sound experience

Within our every movement is the potential for release - release of the fabrications of mind, the illusions and manipulations and half-truths of thought, the full release of held emotions and stagnant energies. There, lies the potential to get more here, more fully into the experience of this body.

About the event

Within our every movement lies the possibility to live in the instinctual nature of beingness, and recalls the remembrance of our innate connection. In contact with another, we’re reminded of our boundless unity. Be that connection through simply holding space together, through eye gazing, laying of hands, or full contact improvisational dance, the inseparable nature of our existence becomes palpable.

Sound carries us. It transports us to realms previously unknown. It recalls memories long forgotten. It purges emotions long suppressed. Sound excites and soothes, expands and contracts, and induces the full spectrum of sensation. Sound moves us.

When we allow the oscillations of music and sound to move through us in the form of embodied creativity, we open ourselves to fully experience the perfect unfoldment of this moment. Daily life becomes an effortless flow of experience and interaction with the presence of our own presentness.

Voyage into and through the depths of movement and live music for an experiential communal healing. The possibilities are infinite. Together we’ll explore

  • Live sound healing & music

  • Rhythm-making
  • Subtle interactive sound healing
  • Partner meditations
  • Free and guided movement

  • Chanting, toning, and vocalization
