Harmony for your Heart: “A Reiki & Sound Healing Journey”

We will start off with a guided meditation leading us into a reiki self healing practice to center and clear each of the participants. Next we shift into groups of three and practice reiki, two people giving, one person receiving. To close the circle we lay down, close our eyes, and journey into a deep Soundhealing vibes with the Handpan sounds by Marco. 

Narayani will offer Reiki energy healing during Savasana.

Reiki is the Japanese word for life, it is a power that channels through all living things, bringing with it the gift of healing, relaxation, and deep resonance with well being. This sonic reiki circle is an opportunity to both give and receive reiki while enjoying the etheric healing magic of the handpan. Attendants will learn how to tap into their own bio energetic field to feel reiki through the hands. The practical lessons learned in this potent 2 hour session have potential to become foundational practices in your spiritual path.

What is a Handpan?

Handpan is a musical instrument that captivates the listener with a strong hypnotic draw and has a unique vibe to its tone. This instrument remains elusive in its acquisition. It drew its origins from the steel drum family emulating the traditional steel pans of the Caribbean Islands.

About Marco:

Marco is an international Reiki Master Teacher and soundhealer with over eight years practice based out of San Diego. His contributions consist of a unique weaving of reiki, sound, movement, martial arts, Qi gong, and men’s work.

About Narayani:

Narayani (aka Tash Golden) is a Reiki energy healer and International Yoga Instructor with a passionate devotion to Bhakti yoga (a type of Mantra Meditation and devotional lifestyle) and lives a life in service. She has studied a variety of Yoga since 2013 and also offers alternative healing modalities. Narayani is in tune with each student and emphasizes connection and her mission is to spread knowledge and higher consciousness awareness for your body, mind and spirit.
