JOINT MOVEMENT EXPERIENCE

Have you considered your relationship with plant medicine? What about your  body? Is it healthy? Would you be willing to explore new ways to connect with it? 

Plant medicine is a fundamental fiber of connection and healing. Through awareness and movement, it provides an existential experience of freedom and transformation.

Joint Movement is an embodiment dance practice that uses plant medicine to connect to the body and move through emotional blocks, stress and access freedom. 

it is an intimate experience that will allow you to connect deeper to yourself, your body, the space you occupy, the earth, and all of it in relation to each other. We will share conversation, insights, laughs and a sound journey to move though anything that is blocking your ability to fully express yourself.

In this experience we will:

- Start the evening sharing a cacao/mushroom elixir to activate our heart center.

- Shortly after you will sit in a hemp ceremony to honor the sacred plants while being in and out of movement with a musical journey led by Maylise and a live DJ.

- Snacks will be available for sale for nourishment 

This practice was created for the intention of slowing down and listening to the most valuable instrument you own. When we allow ourselves to move into the unknown, new connections and freedom shoes up. We are thrilled to have you explore your body in this way.
