January 12 is indeed a powerful day! This is the Grand Conjunction between Saturn and Pluto we were gearing up for all of 2019. What does this mean? Well, in short...

- Saturn defines our boundaries and limitations in the very physical and material world. - Pluto represents our soul's deepest desires and in the quest of fullfilling these desires obliterates and transforms the boundary to reshape a new one.

- This is occuring in the sign of Capricorn which defines our 3D reality and our sense of material security; our goals and visions manfiesting into concrete form, our governments, financial systems, and so on. We were feeling the beginning of theses shifts pretty much all of 2019, and now is the time to decide what that reality looks like for YOU. This moment represents a complete paradigm shift as to the nature of our indidivual and collective REALITY. 

This Sonic Limpieza is collaboratively designed to harness these energit's in a way that supports you and your trajectory for the 2020 year -- what does a new paradigm look and feel like for you in your own life? What do you see for the collective and your part in that? We don't need to figure out all of humanity's issues ourselves. But we can do our part by having a clear vision and intemtion for the role we play. 

The power of sound and vibration is an unparalleled medium that originates in the ether and is constantly shaping our physical reality even though we don't necessarily see this energy with our physical eyes. But we are indeed living it's effects in every moment, within us and around us. To alchemize our intentions, we will begin with rhythmic breathing and guided meditation to open up the body and give ourselves a of meditation to harness the powers of the mind and body and bring up any stagnant energies that we're ready to discharge from taking up space in our body, thoughts and spirit. Our choice and willingness to surrender the old and expired, is what allows us to transform that which no longer serves us into something that can support us now and in the coming year ahead. The transmutation will happen through channeled shamanic sounds including voice and instruments, energy work, and the use of medicinal-grade plant essences. This level of healing work helps us takes our visions, desires and intentions and ground them into an everyday reality.
