Woman Empowerment Yoga Event!

Vino to Vinyasa is a Woman Empowerment event that is about bringing together community and sharing a sacred space. Vino to Vinyasa features Yoga, Wine, Movement, Essential Oil Massage, Craft Workshops, Live Music, Sound bath Meditation & local vendors. The yoga class will be about "Union," the higher meaning of yoga, and will be led by women with strong practices that inspire confidence and the opportunity to free flow. The mission of VtoV is to support charities while raising awareness in a fun, relaxed, and elevated way. Join us for the first Vino to Vinyasa at Wellness Ironside.

Arrival/ Meet & Greet

Event Begins, guest are asked to arrive by 5:30pm. Meet & greet is a valuable part of the experience, help break the ice and maybe even catch a fun workshop, great photos and early access to snacks!

Panel Begins

Each of the speakers above will tell their story with the opportunity for attendees to ask a few questions. This helps you really get to know the speakers and connect with them on a deeper level. Its not only very educational, its allot of fun!

Yoga with Shayne

My personal favorite, I will be leading a meditation to began the light flow with Shayne. This class is only about 30-45min. Nothing too crazy, just move your body and have fun with it. Following the class, I like to open our hearts even more with some connection games, pairing you with a partner or a few, maybe even journal, you never know so come prepared! You are certain to leave with new girlfriends!:)
