Membership terms and conditions
Use:
​
The Space studio can be used only for classes, workshops, and content filming for all wellness activities. Such activities cannot include paid vendor collaborations or shared membership. The studio will be rented in blocks of time as described on appendix. Paid rental time periods must include time for set-up and clean-up as described in the appendix of this document. Space must be booked at www.glassboxironside.com​. You will receive a door code via email prior to the start of membership for access to the space.
Payment:

All monthly membership charges are auto billed on a monthly basis. All additional monthly hour use for each month can be booked and paid for directly through the online platform at member discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy for Members:
​
You must cancel 45 days before your event for a full refund.
You can reschedule 2 weeks before the day of your event.
We will not refund if cancel or reschedule after the terms above.

Private Events Policy:
​
You must complete your payment 45 days before the day of your event.
For cancellations you must cancel 60 days before your event for a full refund.
If you need to reschedule please send an email 60 days before your event.

Vouchers:
​
In order to create a bigger community, we ask for 2 free spaces (vouchers) that can be used by GlassBox. We will bring in our community to get to know the different experiences offered.

Equipment:
​
The following items are available for Member’s use and are not to be tampered with or removed from the space:

Check in Desk and chairs

SONOS sound system
-
Bathroom amenities
-
Miscellaneous décor items such as rugs.

Plants are not to be moved from their current location in the space. Cushions are only to be used on the sofa in the space and no where else during any member booking (ie: the floor).

Hours and Bookings:
​
The hour includes the time it takes setting in and moving out. If your class is 1 hour long, take this into account.
The studio is available for use, on an hourly basis, from 6am to Midnight daily. The Member agrees to be present in the studio at all times during all of their space bookings. Member will not hold a class in excess of the number of persons that are permitted by applicable fire and/or building codes in The Space or in the premises as a whole, as applicable. Member assumes all responsibility for The Space during their class hours. All bookings are to be made directly through the online portal and are on a first come first serve basis.
Food & Beverage Policy:

Under NO circumstances is alcohol allowed to be served in The Space. If class or workshop is inclusive of any food & beverage, approval from management of The Space is required and is subject to additional fees.
Smoking/Incense/Flames:
​
Absolutely NO smoking anywhere inside the building. If incense, candles, smudge sticks, or any other flamed item is used, it is the Members responsibility to ensure that it is put out properly & safely.

Member’s Props/Equipment:
All props or equipment that Member brings into The Space need to be constructed in such a way that they cause no damage to The Space. No items can be leaned against the mirrors to avoid all damage.

Storage:
Members may NEVER leave any equipment, props, or personal belongings anywhere in the studio.
Door Code:
Members will be sent a code to open The Space’s door and agree not to inform any person of the door code.
Security:
The Space is monitored 24/7 by three security cameras. Member assumes responsibility for the security of The Space during each rental period. Members are required to return The Space to a secure state upon leaving by making sure all doors are locked.
Emergencies:

For any emergency situations including accidents, health crises, criminal activities, or fire, Member is expected to call 911. There is a phone available at The Space. Please contact management immediately after.

Damage:
Member assumes full responsibility for any damages to The Space sustained during the Member’s scheduled studio time. Member agrees to pay in full for repair or replacement of any item or structure damaged by the Members or by collaborators, students, or guests invited to The Space by the Member. Full payment for damage shall be made within 10 days of the damage occurring.
Liability:

Member assumes liability for injury of any persons Member invites to The Space, including but not limited to: students, collaborators, guests, or audience members. Member is required to provide a certificate of liability insurance (COI) naming the Glassbox Ironside (d/b/a The Space) as an additional insured, with a minimum per-occurrence coverage of $1,000,000 personal and property coverage. A copy of the required Certificate of Liability Insurance must be submitted prior to start of membership.

Housekeeping:
​
Member assumes responsibility for returning the studio to its excellent condition within the rental time frame and before leaving the premises. All lights, speakers, and electrical equipment must be turned off. Trash and litter must be removed not only from The Space but also from the building. If additional cleaning is required to return the studio to its proper condition, you will be charged a fee based on the assessment from management.
Parking:
Free parking is available on the street all throughout the neighborhood. Eighty paid parking spots are available in the parking lot. The Space is not responsible for any damage or theft from your vehicle.

Cancelations:
​
All membership plans are a three month agreement. Renewal is needed by the 15th of the last month of the contract in order to secure existing plan. Early terminations are subject to a one month plan penalty fee and must be submitted in writing to management. Cancelation or changes of any member booked usage of space less then two weeks to original booking date is subject to a 50% FEE of total booked time.
